If you normally use those dried packet mixes of chicken noodle soup, this is just about as quick.
Get a good quality chicken stock cube and put it in a pan with boiling water, left-over cooked chicken pieces and a little bit of curry paste, quarter to half a teaspoon is usually enough. Get some dried egg noodles, vermicelli or spaghetti. Crush into little pieces if necessary and throw into the pan. Simmer a few minutes until the noodles or pasta are done. Eat!

Alas, lately I've been using too much processed food...hopefully posting here will make me get back to the real stuff again. I've got so many recipes that are quick and easy to do, it's daft not to. Anyway, thanks for joining up LSA, and I look forward to getting some of your recipes too!
