Hello, TM Friends:

What I propose to do here is start a directory of TM members who are members of the Twitter micro-blogging community. Here is how it will work:

I will create the Twitter directory in this first topic post and as each TM member posts their Twitter ID(s) in following posts, I will come back and edit this first post to include those Twitter IDs. I've done this before and it works well.

Once you post your Twitter ID here, I encourage you to be sure to FOLLOW every member who is listed in this directory.

Also, feel welcome to introduce Twitter-related topics, questions, concerns, whatever.

I am currently following some TM members, but I will not post your Twitter ID in this directory unless you first post it below, indicating your interest and approval to be included on the list.

Here we go! Cool

Dogs have Twitter too. Those sons (and daughters) of bitches are taking over social networking!

Hey, Sumit. Thanks! You're on the list now.

Good to see your head's on straight ... er ... right-side-up once again! ;-)

Sorry GT, I wanna play with integrity and all but it hurts my ego to follow a chihuahua. Tongue out

Little Too likes people.  She's not one of these mean chihuahuas.

I think only one person can be flipped at a time.  Wink

TM Wire/Twitter Tip: you can link up your TM "Wire" account with your Twitter account so all of your Wire Posts (that don't start with an @reply) will be automatically published to your Twitter acct.

Click the "Settings" link above and then click the "Configure your tools" link...

Thanks for the reminder, Jared.

Hey, Sumit. If you've decided to follow Little Too, then that's great! But I only make the suggestion that everybody follows everybody — ultimately, it's up to personal choice and I respect that.

I belong to a Twitter list in another forum where you are required to follow everybody or you won't be added to that list. I understand the reasoning, but I think it's best to let everybody decide for themselves.

Here at TM, we will use the honour system: follow who you want (but try to follow as many as you can.) Smile

Jared, a question about the TM/Twitter feature. When it posts a TM Wire comment to Twitter, is there some form of acknowledgement that goes along with it? Like "Posted from TM" with a backlink?

Looking for more TM Tweeters! Feel welcome to post a comment here with your Twitter ID(s) and I will then add you to the list in the first post.

QUESTION: Does anybody else here make use of "Groups" on Twitter? For example, you can start a Twitter group for Telekinetic Marketing and only post TM members in that group. And you can FOLLOW groups the same way you follow individual Twitter members. Smile

We don't seem to have many members who want to be on the Twitter list. Obviously, Twitter is not a big priority. I suppose part of the problem is that it doesn't produce an immediate, measureable return for most people.

Anybody experiencing success with Twitter? If so, what is your process? Smile

It might be because there are still only a few of us active on here.  Once Jared gets all the kinks worked out and starts promoting it more, I'm sure we'll probably be seeing more users asking to be on the list.
