Here's one of my favorite simple breakfast or lunch sandwiches:

4 pieces bacon
2 eggs scrambled with diced peppers & caramelized onions & 2 tablespoons of salsa,
swiss cheese,
all on a toasted bagel.

nom nom nom

(Mine doesn't look as "presentable" as this picture, plus they used sausage too, but it tastes how this looks...)



Does anyone have any good twists/recipes for bacon egg sausage, ham or cheese sandwiches? or burritos?
