Introduction Thread

Hi, everyone!  I figured an introduction thread would be an appropriate starter topic for this group.  I know that I know many of the people in TM so far but not all and there will be a lot of unfamiliar faces coming in as time goes on.

So, to start things off, I'm Tina for those who don't know me (TMG Enterprises on the WF and DP).  I love PLR, both creating it and using it for my own purposes.  I have one PLR website at this moment which sells limited license article packs and reports: http://plrlimitededitions.com.

I am working on another site to launch hopefully Monday 2/22 which is http://privatelabeldepot.com.  This site will incorporate a free article membership, ebooks & packages for sale and niche PLR article subscriptions for 7 fresh articles weekly (limited to 200 max per list).  Niches to start off with will be parenting; dating & relationships; home improvement; CPA offers; and internet marketing.  As time goes on, I plan on adding new niches for the weekly article subscriptions.

I also love using PLR so I purchase quite a bit of it and collect it whenever I can get it free.  I don't care how old the PLR is, as long as the piece is written halfway decently, it can be repurposed or rewritten instead of just sitting on hard drives, collecting digital dust.

Okay, guess that's long enough for an intro...lol.

Next?

Oh what do you use to distribute your PLR? I have a page for PLR yet to be set up. ONE OF THESE DAYS.

For the first site, I just have e-junkie set up.  For the other one, it will be a combination of e-junkie and PayPal subscription.

I'll search for a picture tomorrow.

Thanks for starting this Tina! I certainly have my share of PLR (E-books, Articles, Video)

So much so...I realized I certainly need to stay out of the WSO section for a good while...lol!

Introducing - me.  Hi.

I've been a writer since 1984.  Needless to say, most of my writing career was offline.  Cyber tech is still befuttling to me, but writing is the same.  I have found, though, that many online want you to do research and write for fees that wouldn't allow you more than a pack of cigarettes - and a gallon of milk if they are getting spendy.  Even those who have actually been paying decent prices are now catching on to a trick of outsourcing for 2 bucks and then asking you to edit, which is a cheaper task, so they are saving big and writers are earning less.

So I said the BS stops here, and started writing PLR instead.  Someone wants to pay 15 - 20 bucks for something I spent hours putting together?  Fine - let them buy it and I'll sell it to as many of "them" as will buy it........and finally the offline writing and online prices start to equalize a little bit, and even excel at some points.

SO - here I am to see if I can find or offer any silly little tricks of the trade that will make life more lucrative.
