Favourite Wordpress Plugins

Hi Guys,

I should have started a new discussion for plugins, so here is a rehash from my previous thread:

Add Sig: Lets you add 1 of 3 custom signatures to the end of any post. You can use it at the end of newsletter posts to tease the reader and encourage them to sign up for the rest. (They only get the main article on the blog.)

Platinum SEO/All in one SEO Pack: Makes on page optimization so much more easier. No messing around with title descriptions and title/meta tag and since Wordpress is a Google property - its a given that either one of these plugins will help you with ranking.

Dagondesign Forms: easy to create forms

Exclude Pages: Hides pages from navigation menu

Tweetmeme: Allows readers to retweet your posts on Twitter - increasing traffic

Theme Tester: Allows you to test different themes without changing what your visitors see until you happy with the look

Ultimate Google Analytics: lets you add google analytics to your website/blog

XML Sitemap: I find that Google digs you more if you have a sitemap - this plugin should generate one for you.

(I'll be back with more)

Viper Video Quicktag adds quicktags: Tired of copying and pasting the embed HTML from sites like YouTube? Then this plugin is for you.

Currently supports these video sites:

Karen - Viper Quicktags are awesome aren't they. P.S. Your site is fantastic, great layout and design. Do you design and edit the wp templates yourself?

Today I posted on my blog the list of plugins I use. I did this as a tribute to the WordPress plugin developers who have given their time and their work freely to the WordPress community.

Here's the post and please feel free to comment - my blog is a dofollow one Wink

There used to be a plugin to display the plugins in use on your blog Laughing

Is it that in action in your post, Karen?

oops, sorry, I did not see your question until now, Istvan. No, I'm not using a plugin for displaying my plugins. I actually think I have enough plugins as it is, lol.
