Hi Guys and Gals, I've been using Market samurai (no aff link) for my research. I live by this tool and if jared has added it to the tools section - sorry for repeating it again. Basically, it uses Google's data and allows you to find long tailed keywords that have high searches but low competing pages. Coolest feature is the SEO competition, I can simply generate the top 10 websites ranking for a keyword, check out how many links they have, what keywords they are linking to and where they are getting their backlinks from. Additionally, they have great training on how to use the software. I think costs a one off $97 and no monthly fees - saves me time on keyword research and SEO competition.
