Paypal stops commerce with India - Coincidence?

I just got an email update which confirms that paypal has blocked commerce with India. I am not sure what the reason - it was said that Paypal claims to be "working on it".
But........India, just a few days before this problem decided to walk away from the UN climate fiasco and is no longer in co-operation with the IPCC after the recent fraudulent claims by the committee about the Himalayan Glacier melt.
So is what we are seeing actually some software glich that Paypal might be fixing by "working on it" or has India just received a big slap from the UN in a nice under-the-table mob-like move by a UN dermined to have domination?
This is a story that will be worth watching unfold.

What I read was that commerce is still happening. It is withdrawals to banks that are on hold. Paypal is owned by eBay, not sure if the greed factor at eBay can be thwarted by the AGW crowd. Have to wait and see.
Also, it would have zero effect on the Indian economy. It is mainly an inconvenience to small business.

I saw Indian citizens complaining that they could withdraw at all - and I'm assuming that meant debit cards as well from what they were saying. IF the banks are involved at their end, though it would stand to reason. Look at all they are finding out about how much some of those at the IPCC had to gain personally from the climate deal-- of course, we know who has a finger on the banks now, don't we? The timing is just way to strange on this for me to think "coincidence" in any way shape or form.

What does paypal/ebay and the UN have to do with each other?

Nothing. Sal noticed an odd coincidence, that's all. Turns out it was India's gov't that stopped payouts. They have a problem with people using paypal to smuggle currency.
