Not a recipe, just something I've been doing lately.
Shopping in Asian grocery stores I often noticed bags of dried baby shrimp. About a million of them for a buck or two. I'm getting addicted to them.
I will add a small fistful, about two tablespoons, to my rice before cooking. It fills the kitchen with a wonderful shrimp smell. It also adds a little colour to the rice and some crunch.
They can be added to many other things as well.
Just a simple idea that works.
