THOU SHALT NOT SPAM  There are many features you can use to promote your products and services.  Please restrict  your self promotion to those features and pleasae use them appropriately.  Personal message spam is also forbidden. While you may talk about your products with your friends, making friends just to send advertising pm's is a good way to lose your account with no refund.

Promoting your products and services on site Pages is spam. Pages are for informational purposes, not advertising.

Please keep your profile blogs relevant to IM in some manor, shape, or form.  TM is for IM and while we are a bit more relaxed  here than many other sites, we are still here for IM in the long run.  Group blogs may pretain to whatever subject is relevant to that group - group pages will also pretain to group subjects.

Groups may advertise group projects on group blogs and pages.  This does not mean that individuals in a group may use group features to advertise their own services and products.  The advertising must be group specific.

The person who creates a group is the group leader.  If you harass or dis-respect the group or act inapproprately within that group, the group leader can ban you from the group.  You may seek site admin for moderation.  You may not get it.  The group leaders are the designated moderators of the group they create.  If they decide to censor or not to censor your speech, etc. you will abide by their rules while within that group.  If you don't like the group rules - leave the group.  

If a group leader removes you from a group, you may or may not lose your account depending upon the reason for banishment from the group.  

There will be no illegal activities on this site including warez and porn. Even if YOU created a group for it!

Black Hat (unethical) techniques will not be allowed.  We will not have your bad ethics destroying our reputation. If you participate in Black Hat methods, off or on this site, and it comes to the attention of Admin, your account will be deleted with no refunds.  If you do not have the ethics to be a part of our community  - do not join in the first place.  

Harassing, name calling, and trollish behavior (instigating fights or difficulties) will get your account closed with no refunds.

Selling stolen material on or off this site will get you banned with no refunds.

Plagierism, trademark violation, copyright theft, and all other forms of stealing will get you banned with no refunds. If you are caught in any of these actions, it is your responsibility and not that of TM or its staff.  In other words, if you steal copyrighted material and bring it here and get caught, it will be you with the legal issue, not TM.

If actions which get you  banned are illegal, you may face legal action depending upon the infraction committed.
If you are caught re-registering after your account has been deleted or banned your servers will be contacted.  

IF your account has been deleted or banned for any purpose that you feel unjust, you may refer your case to the TM Chief Justice review board for appeal.
