TM CODE OF ETHICS

As a member of TM, I understand the importance honesty and integrity in all of my business dealings, both as an individual and as part of the community herein.

I will not use materials which are not rightfully and legally mine without express permission of and credit to the owner.
I will strive to find long lasting business techniques that serve the purpose of giving value to the customer,
I will refrain from engaging in self-serving black hat techniques which violate the Terms of Service of other webmasters, or will undermine their attempts to provide value for their viewers.
I will not conduct libelous conversation against others.
I will not verbally abuse other members of the community if they disagree with my own viewpoints.
I will show respect for fellow members and the IM community at large.
If a member of TM needs my help and asks, I will do my best to help them achieve success.
If at any time I find I must inquire into the ethics of an action, I will refrain from that action.
I will conduct no illegal activities online.
I will not spam forums, email addresses, or websites.
I will make no attempt to hamper the freedom of speech of others, although I do reserve the right to ask others to be respectful  in their disagreement with my views as well.
I will always stand behind all other TM members until such a time they should flagarantly violate the TM code of ethics.
I will not treat others in a manor in which I would not wish or expect to be treated.

I am aware that my actions are a public reflection of the TM community.  At no time will I conduct business in a manor which will cause ill repute or embarrassment to this community. As an esteemed member of this community I will do my best to achieve a name of exception and quality for myself,  TM,  and its members at large and do my share to make TM a trademark of outstanding excellence in both online and offline Marketing.
